The basement parking space is insufficient!!! The toilet lighting system feels overly bright and limiting with just one switch!!! Shower products aren’t exactly skin-friendly, which was disappointing!!!

The shower gel was nice, but the gym facilities were underwhelming.

However, the check-in process took quite a while, over 30 minutes, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the basement parking was limited, making it tough for guests with cars. Overall, a lovely place to stay, but these areas could use improvement.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! My room was a Superior King Room with a Sofa Bed and an very nice city view, providing both comfort and cleanliness. The rooftop pool was fine, offering amazing views-it was a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I had a great stay in a cozy room with a beautiful city view, and I loved how convenient it was to walk to Wong Amat Beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to enjoy both the city and the ocean during my trip. The hotel's staff was fantastic, really going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
